Exchanges and Returns: 30-Day Time Limit
There is a 30-day time limit from the date of purchase on all exchanges and returns. The item must be in brand new, unused condition and returned with its original packaging in order to receive a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. This excludes dogIDs products. Please see below for return and exchange information.
Please follow these instructions to request an exchange or refund:
Returned items must be in its original, unused condition to receive a refund or exchange. The item(s) being returned must be completely free from hair, dirt, slobber, teeth marks, smoke smell, or any other evidence of use. Items should be returned in its original product packaging with all parts and instructions. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged returns.
Please include order packing slip with the return package. If it cannot be located, please include your order number, shipping address name, address, phone number and email address so your account can be located.

Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used. You will receive an email when your return is processed (please be sure to include a valid and correct email address with your return). Please allow 5-7 days from the time we receive your return.
Edibles: ARE NOT RETURNABLE due to health and safety issues we take no edible items as returns/exchanges. We test and try every Edible before it gets in the SitStay Store; everything is approved by the SitStay Dogs. We have to love it or we won't carry it. Suggestions: Order only the amount of Edibles you can use in 2 months time to ensure you have the freshest food, treats, and chews for your dog. If you're trying something new, order a little bit.
Books, Videos and CDs: Books in their original new condition can be returned. If the spine is broken or the book is otherwise damaged, we will not refund your purchase but will donate the book to rescue. Videos, DVDs and CDs cannot be returned for any reason except manufacturer's defects.
Canine Cooler Beds: Canine Coolers that have been filled with water cannot be returned. If you return an unused bed, please do NOT pack in printed paper/newspaper it will bleed into and damage the bed and a refund will not be issued. Please submit all warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.
Clothing Items: All hair must be removed before sending back.
Unused items ordered in the wrong size/color can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned according to pursuant to the same conditions required for returns as set forth above. Shipping charges will apply.
If there is a shipping error or damaged product please contact Sitstay.com within 5 days so this can be corrected.
dogIDs has a lifetime guarantee for the quality of all of their products and engraving. If a tag becomes unreadable, please contact us to get a replacement. If your order arrives with incorrect engraving and dogIDs is at fault, we will replace the item.
Returns due to sizing or incorrect personalized information:
Any of dogIDs collars that have rivet on ID plates (waterproof, reflective and camo scrufftag collars) can be returned.
dogIDs nylon products and tags that have been engraved can not be returned however, if you have purchased a personalized item that can't be returned but it is the wrong size or has the wrong information, dogIDs does have a half price remake fee.
