Product Description

Awarded #1 Best Selling Product of 2013

Elinora's Royal Natural Snack recently recieved the

Inpex International 2014 Gold Medal Award of Merit!

Elinora's Royal Natural Snack is made solely out of dried Icelandic fish skin. The fish skin treat is a purely natural product without any additives or preservatives. About 77% of the dried fish skin is protein and the rest is mostly fiber. It is very healthy for dogs and especially beneficial for maintaining good teeth and a beautiful coat. In addition dried fish skin treats are excellent for puppies at teething time! The product is packed in biodegradable bags, each containing 100 gr. (3.5 oz) of dried fish skin.

This unique dog chew is an excellent source of pure protein but also contains fatty acids which are an essential part of a dog's diet. In recent years a good deal of research has been conducted into the health benefits of omega fatty acids for dogs, and specifically on those omega-3 acids found in fish oils. Fish from deep cold waters, such as those surrounding Iceland, are especially rich in these acids. The resealable package is sold by weight not by the number of pieces. Chews are typically 8-9 inches long. Easy to cut for smaller dogs or a quick treat.

  • High protein, virtually no fat
  • Essential omega 3 fatty acids
  • Package normally contains 10-12 chews
  • Chews range from 8-9 inches long
  • There might be some scales in with the Fishskins. We aren't the least bit concerned about that. The dogs love these, too!
  • Alternative to beef natural chews, such as bully sticks

Crude Protein (min) 77%, Crude Fat (min) 0.5%, Crude Fiber (max) 12.4%, Ash 16.3%

A pure natural product of Iceland

  1. Elinora's Fish Skin Chews

Posted by Cindy on 6th Oct 2014

My dogs will climb mountains and sit forever if I even move towards the cabinet where the fish skin chews are kept! They love them!

  2. Good Snack

Posted by Unknown on 31st Aug 2014

My lab snarfed these up, but my Cocker took them and just laid his head on them. When he moved, my lab "stole" it. One like, one not :) These lasted my lab about 45 seconds.

  3. Perfect Substitute

Posted by Unknown on 2nd Aug 2014

Absolutely perfect as a substitute for a bone on a pet who is allergic to everything but fish. Thanks!

These are the best treats that I give my dog! He gets one a day to chew & he just loves them. There are also great for his teeth, which are as white as ever.

Every morning after breakfast, my 9 year old pup gets a fish skin for desert. Meal isn't done until this chew is in hs mouth! He loves the taste and I love the simplicity !

My dog was first introduced to this as a gift from my brother and sister-in-law. He loved them and so I decided to buy him some more!

  8. My Dogs Loved Them!

Posted by Unknown on 29th Dec 2013

The dogs think it's wonderful. Much tastier than rawhide.
Easy to cut for my littlest one.

  9. Obviously my dogs are not aware of the award

Posted by Hanna from CO on 28th Dec 2013

I really thought I had found the perfect treat for my dogs,
Maybe they need some time to get used to them.
They each get one, spit it out at about the same
time - almost perfectly synchronized and look at me like "Where is the real treat?" At first I caved and gave them something else. Now I just turn around, tell them "That's it , no more." We have a lot of spit-out fish skins lying around the house. Some of them are half-eaten, which gives me hope, but mostly I just gather them up, put them back in the bag, and a little later hand them out as 'brand-new.
I am hoping that the skins are an acquired taste and will be cherished and sought after in my house one of these days as well.

  10. My pack loves them!

Posted by Unknown on 11th Dec 2013

I have a pack of senior dogs, and these fish skins are perfect for them. They love the taste and these chews are not too hard for their old teeth. Great product!
