You need a long line? Super Cord! No stretch, very stiff, coils for storage, hard finish so it won't pick up burrs or stickers, and it floats. The multi filament polypropylene roping is almost 1/2 inch thick, waterproof and colorfast showing no performance loss when it gets wet. Excellent choice for trainers needing check cord performance.

This probably isn't a cord you'd want to use for everyday walking unless you'll be in heavy sticker country and still want to give your dog some space to exercise without letting go.

* To make shorter lengths, cut cord with a very sharp knife or scissors, then melt the ends with a lighter. Hold the lighter flame at the end of the rope, when the rope melts, roll it on a hard surface to smooth it out. Burning this material is best done outside in a ventilated area. Be careful, fire is good and hot!

There is no hand loop on this cord. You could tie a knot or a loop into the end. The 30 foot cord weighs 1.2 lbs.
