The most important thing you can do to make sure you order the right vest is to measure your dog using these instructions. If you don't measure, you're taking a chance that you'll have to return it and reorder. Measure your dog once and you'll be done! Use a soft fabric measuring tape. Measure all the way around the rib cage, full circle. Just like a saddle fits a horse. Your dog must be standing.

NOTE: If you have a really small dog, the Tiny vest can be altered to fit. Cut a strip out and sew it back together with a sewing machine. This will allow you to go down to a 9 inch girth.

Vests DO NOT come with patches on them. We sell the patches and you will need to glue or sew them on each vest.
Patches shown are just an example of how you can place them. Feel free to place them as you wish.

Do NOT use these measurements to choose a size for your dog. These are to help you know the size of the cloth portion of the vest. These dimensions do not include the straps which are included in the girth measurements.

Printing:We do not print, embroider, or install patches. We leave that up to you so you can make sure it's done just the way you want it. We do have patches presewn on vests in the most popular combinations. We don't do any special orders for sewing patches.

It is fraudulent to represent your dog as a service animal if it is not. Here is some important information about service dogs:
Service Dog Definition: Only dogs are recognized as service animals under titles II and III of the ADA. Service Dogs are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support are known as therapy dogs. They do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. This definition does not affect or limit the broader definition of "assistance animal" under the Fair Housing Act or the broader definition of "service animal" under the Air Carrier Access Act. Some State and local laws also define service animal more broadly than the ADA does. Information about such laws can be obtained from the State attorney general's office, or by visiting the ADA website
