Super Deluxe Palace Pet Beds are 1.25" thick and a super dense 2000 grams per square meter (they have the highest density of fibers we've ever seen in a pet bed).

The Small and Medium sizes have a rubber ribbed backing so they won't slip and slide on a hard floor.
