Finally dog boots that stay on! Muttluks are not just fancy footwear. Made in Canada, Muttluks provide comfortable protection to keep paws healthy. While these boots are very durable, keep in mind that dog boots are like people boots, they do wear out. They'll wear out a lot faster on cement too. Machine washable. Four boots to a package. We know from experience that if you don't pull the Velcro Fastening Strap tight enough these boots will come off. So please, cinch 'em down when you get them on! | Size | From | To | | Itty Bitty | .75" | 1.5" | | XX-Small | 1.5" | 2.25" | | X-Small | 2.25" | 2.75" | | Small | 2.75" | 3.25" | | Medium | 3.25" | 3.75" | | Large | 3.75" | 4.25" | | X-Large | 4.25" | 4.75" | | XX-Large | 4.75" | 5.5" |

Without proper fit Muttluks won't stay on your dog properly. There is a very simple way to measure your dog. Start by getting a pad of paper and pen. Now call your dog (or if your dog has you well trained, go get your dog). Place a front paw, that's important so we'll say it again, place a front paw on the paper while your dog is standing on it. Hey we didn't say this was going to be easy! Draw a line at the back of the paw right behind the foot pad and another line right in front of the toe nails. Hmm, you'll have to go get a ruler now (and you thought internet shopping meant sitting on your behind and clicking a mouse). Measure between the two lines. Now pick a size from the table. Your measurement should be larger than the From and smaller than the To. Easy right? If your dog is right on the line between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size.
We don't recommend Muttluks for Greyhounds. Their combination of large foot and small ankle doesn't allow the boot to cinch up properly. | Washing Instructions: Close hook and loop straps. Machine wash in cold water only. Do not bleach. Tumble dry, low heat. Re-treat leather with cream or spray waterproofing after washing. Never dry clean. Brand: Muttluks Made in Canada

We have a Brittany who gets ice balls stuck between her toes and pads. They get so bad that she actually limps. These boots are great at protecting her feet. We still have to wrestle her down to put them on. And she looks daffy when she first gets them on, trying the kick them off as she walks. Once she settles down though, they are great. You do have to fasten these on tightly or they will come off.

Cut paw pads thanks to me being a rockstar in the snow and ice forced my Mom to buy boots. Other boots I hated, but these I accepted right away. I run and play in the snow and they don't fall off. They are not waterproof and my Mom wishes that the ribbed top part didn't stretch out when wet, but these are the best boots we have found so far.

We purchased these boots to wear on pavement because my pooch was getting blisters on our bike rides. I loved them at first, but quickly noticed they were slipping around the ankle so that the top canvas material was ending up rubbing against pavement and after about 5 uses they have almost torn holes straight through. :(
They would probably be better suited for grass, ice, & indoor use for this reason.

We started out with the winter version of the Muttluks and loved them so much! They fit well, stayed on when you put them on correctly and my puppy loved them in the snow and ice. Because of this, we just purchased the summer version. These are just as good! Only downside is that the size doesn't fit as well. These aren't lined with fleece and that may be the reason. They still work, but come off more easily. We may get one size smaller in this version. Check the size carefully when you get them to be sure they aren't too big. Great product. Also, we like this summer version to use when going out in the rain and muck. Cuts down on muddy paws!!!
