Finally dog boots that stay on! Muttluks are not just fancy footwear. Made in Canada, Muttluks provide comfort, protection and durability to keep paws healthy. While these boots are very durable, keep in mind that dog boots are like people boots, they wear out. They'll wear out a lot faster on cement too. Machine washable. Four boots to a package. - Fleece Lined Muttluks are designed for cold season use. Red only.
We know from experience that if you don't pull the Velcro Fastening Strap tight enough these boots will come off. Without proper fit Muttluks won't stay on your dog properly. There is a very simple way to measure your dog. Start by getting a pad of paper and pen. Now call your dog (or if your dog has you well trained, go get your dog). Place a front paw, that's important so we'll say it again, place a front paw on the paper while your dog is standing on it. Hey we didn't say this was going to be easy! Draw a line at the back of the paw right behind the foot pad and another line right in front of the toe nails. Hmm, you'll have to go get a ruler now (and you thought internet shopping meant sitting on your behind and clicking a mouse). Measure between the two lines. Now pick a size from the table. Your measurement should be larger than the From and smaller than the To. Easy right? If your dog is right on the line between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size.
We don't recommend Muttluks for Greyhounds. Their combination of large foot and small ankle doesn't allow the boot to cinch up properly. |
Washing Instructions: Close hook and loop straps. Machine wash in cold water only. Do not bleach. Tumble dry, low heat. Re-treat leather with cream or spray waterproofing after washing. Never dry clean. Brand: Muttluks

| Excellent and worth the money |

I would recommend this to a friend
These really work! I have a small dog and was surprised that he didn't mind wearing these at all. In fact, he likes them. Putting them on the first time took some practice - you have to roll the cuff back and that makes it easier to slide them on. Then tighten the strap SNUG. They stay on wonderfully even though he is a feisty and speedy little guy. It took him about 3 minutes to get used to the feel of having them on. He ran all through the very wet snow for 1/2 hour and his feet were still dry and warm after that. Great for keeping salt off, too. I am totally happy with these and recommend them. I ordered a second set for days when we go out twice and the first set is still wet.

I would recommend this to a friend
...my dog refused to wear them! We tried and tried, but to no avail, I guess he thinks he is too cool for boots. So, back to SitStay they went. I will say, though, that these were made beautifully--super sturdy and excellent materials, very soft inside. Wish MY snow boots were this nice!
