The shape of Huck makes it easy to throw and fun to watch as it bounces in every imaginable direction. As an added bonus the Huck is a ball that is strikingly durable. The Zogoflex material gives this fun ball strength, flexibility and flotation. The Small Huck is tennis ball size at 2 1/2", the Large is, well, larger than the small. The manufacturer is so sure of its durability they guarantee it against dog destruction. It Bounces. It Flies. It Floats. And best of all, it lasts! We'll choose a color for you for a fun surprise. Obsession Date: March 26, 2010
I would recommend this to a friend

I am obsessed with this ball. It is the only ball that I can't destroy. I can shred an average tennis ball in less than 60 seconds. I make my Mom throw this ball for hours every day and it lasts for months. Probably would last forever for dogs that are less rockstar than me.

Good Fetch Ball Date: May 25, 2010

Both Airedales really like them and so far they are indestructable. Good yard toy. I don't like the yellow color. It is to hard to see in the grass.

Great for Heavy Chewers! Date: May 30, 2010
I would recommend this to a friend

I bought the Huck after having such success with the Hurley, made of the same material, for my 4 year old Pit Bull who LOVES to destroy his toys. He loves chasing this thing when I throw it and when he's done playing fetch he lays down and chomps on it. He's had free access to it for about 3 months and hasn't managed to get a mark on it! He doesn't like it as much as some of his other toys, but it has still held up to a lot from him!

Great ball, but not indestructible Date: August 19, 2010
I would recommend this to a friend

My 85# lab loves these balls - they are great for fetch, and bounce in unpredictable ways so it keeps him on his toes. He is also a chewer, and can destroy most balls in less than 30 seconds, but these last a LONG time for him. He eventually does get pieces off them, but overall they last for 6+ months until there is so much gone we can't play with them anymore. Definitely worth the money - because they last so long it saves $$$ in tennis balls! I'll definitely keep buying them. Works great in the Chuck-it too.

Did I get a lemon? Date: February 12, 2011
I just received my order today and loved everything, except this ball. The sole reason I bought it was because it stated that it bounced in different directions. Mine does not. For 20-30 minutes I threw the ball in a Chuck-It and freehand, on cement and grass. Straight, straight, straight; not one time did it go wiggly in the slightest. I'm debating asking for a refund. On the plus side though, it is very heavy and has a good feel and distance when thrown. Looks like it would be a lasting ball. Interesting to note, as I recall, the package does not say it bounces different directions (I just got up to look for it, to read it again but can't find it, it's somewhere here though) Anyway, my dog is easy on balls so I wouldn't have bought it had I known it wouldn't go in different directions. I would recommend it to someone who's dog chewed threw tennis balls, based on its sturdyness, for that I would give it 4 1/2 stars. On a side note; my dog and I couldn't be happier with the big tote of treats I ordered her for Valentines Day! And my order arrived in 2 1/2 days.
