Sorry but Canine Coolers that have been filled with water cannot be returned. New beds may be returned: Please DO NOT pack with printed paper against the bed, it will bleed into the bed and you will not get a refund.

One year limited warranty. We don't see many problems with this bed, its Tilli's favorite for summertime. Every once in a blue moon there is a manufacturer's defect. The limit is, in case of a manufacturer's defect, shipping and handling is $29.95 to receive a replacement directly from the maker. They will require a reason that the bed failed and your receipt so don't let the dogs eat it!

What size Canine Cooler is best for my dog?

For the best fit inside a crate, it is recommended that you buy the bed smaller than the dimensions of the crate. It will also be easier to transport. To keep your dog in top shape at shows or agility trials on hot days, keep your Canine Cooler in an ice chest when it’s not in use. It will be ready in an instant to cool your dog.
