- Hands free leash system
- Great for walking, hiking, running
- Doesn't restrict movement
- Collar not included
- Made in USA
Here is a hands free leash system done very well. The Buddy System uses a belt around your waist with an adjustable leash attached. The leash is adjustable from 22" to 40" (small dog system is 33" to 60") and it uses a detachable swivel hook. Quick release clips make it easy to disconnect the leash from your belt or attach the unused end (when your dog is off playing) to the belt so you don't have to carry a leash. Great for walking, jogging, hiking, or training a new puppy. Wonderful for total management of that new puppy or rescue dog so you won't have any accidents in the house or have bad habits begin. And hands free training! | Sizing | Belt | Leash | Width | Color Approximations | Regular | 22"-40" | 22"-40" | 1" | | Large | 27"-50" | 22"-40" | 1" | X-Large | 33"-60" | 22"-40" | 1" |

| Great for disabled also! |

I am disabled and use a cane and a scooter to get around. With this leash I don't have to be holding the dog and trying to manuver. If I am walking I can shorten the leash, I have both a bunge and extra adder length to mine, so that when we walk to do her buisness she is on a longer leash. . When she is working in stores as my SD she is on a short leash. This is worth every penny I paid for it.

I just bought my second buddy system lead, my dog runs with me and it is the best setup ever. It is also good for hiking, backpacking, etc. We run in several races each year and I always get people asking me about the lead.

Truly meets my needs for hands free walking. I sometimes need to use a cane. This system with added shock absorber does the trick, and my dogs love it too!
True to size, sturdy clips, durable and attractive. Thank you for a great product, well worth the money...also excellent service from SitStay.com

| Learn to Earn |

I'm sitting here with ex-hooligan cattledog Sky tethered to me by the Buddy System. He's earning his kibble one piece at a time (OK, sometimes 3 pieces at time). We're working at "sit to say please" and "learn to earn". Google Dr. Sophia Yin or search for her on YouTube. Dr. Yin is a DVM behaviorist with insightful positive ways to modify your dog's behavior. I suspect she is a major contributor to purchase of the Buddy System. I would give it 5 stars except that I wish the snap were smaller and lighter. My husband is a runner and had used the Buddy System for years to run with his dog.

| Great for running! |

My dog and I love our buddy system! I have a strong 75-lb dog (and I only weight about 40 lbs more than he does) and I was a little worried that he would be able to easily pull me over when we were using this. However, I find that I actually have better control over him with the Buddy System and his harness that when I am just holding the leash. He also seems to match my pace better while we are running instead of pulling ahead or dragging behind. I also don't have to worry about the leash slipping out of my hands when I am wearing thick gloves! The length of the leash is perfect and it is great that it is adjustable. My only complaint is that I wish the clip between the leash and belt was metal and sturdier - I am afraid that it will wear out over time and be less secure. But overall a great product and good price!
